What you can do

Keep the events, change the vibe: darker, funnier, tighter, more lyrical, at about the same length.

More sensory detail, Add dialogue, Slow the moment down, Raise the tension, Go deeper into their head, and more. Tap several at once.

Type any direction, like: Less polite. She's furious and hiding it badly.

Faithful stays close to your draft. Wild takes bigger swings.

Type @ in the direction box to pull in a character, place or anything from the codex. The Writer gets the full entry.

Suggested rewrite not quite right? Press Steer and redirect it. The new version replaces the old one.
