Your world, remembered.
Characters, places, items, factions, lore, concepts and events, each with a profile, fields, aliases and relationships.

What you can do
Eight entry types
Character, location, item, faction, lore, concept, event and other, each starting with useful fields: a character's age, appearance, wants, fears and arc; a place's atmosphere and significance.
Profiles
Name, type, colour, portrait or reference image, a one-line summary agents see in every brief, aliases, custom fields and a full markdown profile.
Automatic mention tracking
Every save picks up each entry's name and aliases, whole words only, so Will the name isn't will the verb. Rename someone and the whole book is rescanned.
Where it appears
Each entry lists every page that mentions it with counts; each page shows who and what it mentions.
Relationships
Link two entries with any label (sister of, lives in, rivals) and see it on both entries and in the graph.
Shared across a series
Mark an entry as shared and it exists once for every book in the series.
Find anything
Grouped by type, sorted by mentions, filter chips and search by name, alias or summary.
Agents keep it current
Roles you allow can add and update entries and relationships as they invent things, matched by name so nothing is duplicated.
Questions
Are character names highlighted in my text?
Mentions are tracked and listed (on each entry, in the page's Codex tab and in the graph) rather than highlighted inside your prose, so the page stays clean.
Is codex included on the Free plan?
Yes. Every feature is on every plan. Plans differ only in in-app agent allowance and workspace members.
