By using Authr you agree to these terms. They're written to be read.
Your work is yours
You keep all rights to everything you write and upload, and to what agents produce for you in your books. You give us only the permission we need to store, process and display it so the service works, including sending it to the AI providers that run the in-app agents you use.
Your account
Keep your sign-in and API keys safe; anything done with them counts as done by you. Workspace owners decide who else can see and edit their books.
Fair use
Don't use Authr to break the law, infringe others' rights, attack the service, or resell it. Plan allowances (in-app agent tokens, members) are per workspace per month. We may pause agents that are being used to abuse the service.
AI output
Agents can be wrong. Suggestions are suggestions: review what you accept, and check facts before you publish them.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. Prices exclude tax. If we change a price, we'll tell you before your next renewal.
Availability
We work hard to keep Authr running and your books safe, and we keep version history so mistakes can be undone. Even so, the service is provided as is. Keep your own exports of work you can't afford to lose.
Ending
You can stop using Authr and export your books whenever you like. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give you notice and time to export.
